Training and rehab is hard work. But that doesn't mean we don't have a good time. "No pain no gain" attitudes are counterproductive. We have fun training.
Ever wonder why traditional training and rehab regimens only work "most of the time"? It doesn't matter what rehab modality or athletic skill you are working on there is a neurological rationale for why it does or doesn't work. Part of my training process is to make sure you understand the "why". It's not enough to improve movement or reduce pain in session. My goal is to arm you with the knowledge of how to make small changes in movement and behavior that can lead to big gains that last a lifetime!
NeuroAthletic training is sometimes hard to explain because every client is unique. It's about your goals, your pain, your quality of life. There isn't just one therapeutic path to achieve your goals.
